i always make a pumpkin pie from scratch. bake the pumpkin till soft. cool, peel. make crust. mix pumpkin with spices and pour in crust. bake. the best. everyone in my family is in love with it. i cant eat canned pumpkin pie anymore. such flavor and texture. and nice flaky crust. my mouth is watering.lol
