I've been struggling ith depression for years. I had a fairly good therapist who relocated and is too far away now. I had a very good psychiatrist to work with my meds but I switched insurance and she's not in network. I've tried 3 different psychiatrists and 3 different therapists since switching to the new insurance and I'm not happy with any of them. I'm truly at my wits' end.
