Oh man that sucks bigtime, rum. My T recently moved away too and it is never easy to transition.

You're in Philly? There are some REALLY REALLY good universities in your area!!! Temple and UPenn come to mind. Universities are like the "hidden secret" of mental health care. They offer very low rates and very very good services. You may be seeing a student but they are actually much more devoted to their cases because their caseload is much less, because clinical psychology programs are so competitive these days the students are absolute top-notch, and the supervision is unparalleled. Basically, I'd recommend it very much. I've seen a student and I'll tell you the services are often much better than currently practicing therapists I've seen.
