I'm sorry you're in such a tough situation. I assume you can't afford to see someone out-of-network, right? That's understandable. Is there anyone left to try who is in -network? I wouldn't give up until I tried them all.
Did your last T recommend anyone? Maybe you need to give the Ts you didn't like more of a chance before rejecting them.

Often Ts have sliding fees or you can find one who will let you pay less, or come less often if that's possible for you.
