ok well they've recovered the car.

the ignition was torn out and lying on the floor...the part of the column of the window was broken so they could pull the window away from the door part and push it down to let them in... they ripped the plastic off the steering column... oh and they blew out the left front tire then rode the rim a little so it's all shot.

oh and there's gunpowder on the windowsills of the front two windows from where they were shooting at another car out of my car. lovely people. really.

the good news is that they didn't steal anything out of my car and managed to leave a crowbar in it...as well as a whole CD book of their CDs. unfortunately it was crappy music so i just left it for the police to get, lol.

the insurance company is going to fix the car, i think, instead of totalling it. so that's good. i should have it back soon.

thank you all for your well-wishes and hugs and kind words. this has been a rough time but i think it will get better.
