OH forgot to mention before... I get choked up too when the turkey climbs up into bed with Timmy and puts his head on the pillow.

Anyone South Park fans recognize that the turkey warehouse scene was a take-off on the scene with Edward G Robinson in "Soylent Green"? South Park has a HUGE amount of sometimes really subtle references to other films, shows, etc.
