I'm glad you were able to talk about your fears with T. I understand the fear of being forgotten about when you leave Ts office. I have the same thing. I feel as if I'm out of sight then I'm out of mind. It leaves me feeling very alone.

I'm glad you were able to let yourself feel. I hope that you are taking care of yourself and getting something to eat. Neglecting ourselves is another way to continue the abuse.
