I'm not sure where you took this screening test, but here at Psych Central, you'll notice that it has a caveat when reading the results:

So you should not be certain, even if you did take a screening test online. Questions can be ambiguous and you're likely to get a far more accurate diagnosis from a qualified dr (... I would hope ...)
