Hi ~ You might try eating some chocolate. I know that sounds funny, but your body is probably craving sugar. You lose ALOT of sugar when you quit drinking - alcohol has LOTS of sugar in it, and now you're not getting it. The chocolate replaces it, and it also helps with cravings.
Drink Gatorade too - it has electrolytes that your missing. You should be drinking a lot of fluids. Not pop - Drink the gatorade, o r any of the drinks that are high in electrolytes.
Eat a well-balanced meal, and go heavy on the fresh fruits. You need plenty of vegetables too. Just use your head, and make sure meals are balanced.
