Insomnia is my middle name. I~ like you have been off of meds for a while now. There are days where I find it so hard to concentrate or speak. or better yet remmber my name, passwords or where I live and how to get there. I have to say Septembermorning Recommended Tylonal PM and to a certain extent it has been helping out.
