Thanksgiving. Focusing on the positive. Wow. I've got family. Would like to be nearer to them, but still focusing on what I am thankful for right now. I am thankful for you all. I know I haven't been on much at all lately and well, I really needed to start getting back on here because it really does me a world of good.

I am thankful I have a roof over my head. My wonderful cats with their cute little personalities. I have a big turkey thawing in the kitchen. Looking forward to the parades on tv.

I'm greatful that I've gotten as far on my grant for pets who's owners can't afford to care for them...so now they will be able too. Keeps the pet and the owner together. I am in the budget proposal tweeking stage. It's really easy to get a grant for school, but writing a grant to assist financially challenged pets is a lot more involved.

I'm greatful that I don't live in the frozen tundra that is New England. Bless you all that live there.
