Do you ever feel like your body is not your own, and every move you need to make has to be consciously instructed via some computer running windoze - and the feedback you get from your body is numb, delayed, or not there?

I hate being fat, and that is what I have become. I have put on 5kg in the last 5 months. I exercise and all I feel is tired afterwards. No energised reward. Just more indifferent lethargy. My normal buzzingly active body is gone.

I'm on Valproate (Epilim), Amisulpride (Solian) and Gabapentin (Neurontin).

I'm dizzy, drowsy, and snap easily at people. I'm intensely frustrated with myself!
