After 3 years the meds should have really worn off - it took me about 1 month to get back to normal after I stopped my SSRI's.

I'd suggest spending a lot of time on your own, exploring your own body. There are plenty of websites with suggestions on pleasuring yourself. Once you work it out for yourself, it's much easier to explain to your partner, and it'll be a LOT more pleasurable.

After 2 hours of trying I'd be exhausted. And I used to feel inferior when I was not able to orgasm, like there was something wrong with me. So i can understand you feeling despondent.
Still - I recommend you get to know your body alone first. Don't be embarrassed.

Certain parts of your genitals really ought to be be VERY sensitive - maybe a gynaechological checkup is also needed?
