OK, i had to bring this back up, because i had surgery on my left elbow roughly a week ago. the cast is off, but the stitches are still in, and i have a brace now--and i get those annoying quivers in the middle of my arm now! somebody was just saying that it's just a nervous system quirk, right? here's hoping...!
