loki glad u're putting down the booze while on meds. it's the safer way to go. some of your symptoms sound like alcohol withdrawal. don't know how much you would consume, so just throwing it out there. sweets, especially orange juice will keep your sugar level elevated as the alcohol leaves your body. and yes any sweets right now will help you. eating a snack lowers the cravings for alcohol. gatorade has potassium in it plus sugar so it's good especially if you're somewhat dehydrated. this can happen, low potassium levels, when you work out too. it can also cause your heart to race as alcohol use can. the nausea is probably alcohol withdrawal too.
