Hi guys.

I saw the new temporary T today (the one I made an appointment with to "hold me over" until I can get back to seeing my regular T).

I am not impressed. I don't know what, if anything, he has to offer. Without even knowing my complicated back story, he came to conclusions that weren't even close to being accurate OR helpful.

If I SAY that SOMETHING ISN'T SO, and he SAYS IT IS, that is ********.
He doesn't know a damn thing. He also didn't answer my questions about privacy and he took a lot of notes. I didn't feel comfortable and obviously this guy isn't going to work.

I'm angry and sad. It's also Thanksgiving tomorrow and my family isn't doing anything because my grandmother broke a bone and the rest of the family is in pieces, dysfunctional.

Great. Waste of bloody time.
