Hello Lauren,

Welcome to pc. You know I think that sleep anxiety is part of the anxiety disorder.

I have the same anxiety and I know others also have it. I'm still learning about all of the little issues that are the "cells" which make up the whole, just like brain cells make up the brain and other cells make up other organs and so on.

There are even times when I am afraid and anxious of my partner getting up in the morning, yet I totally adore him; I can't explain that at all.

Try to calm your self and use the techniques you have learned to settle your anxiety, they really will help.
