Thank you ....I will....I kinda do alot of self soothing like exercise to drive off the anxiety...journal...to get it down....and meditative music....really is helping.Sometimes I sit in the dark with just 1 small candle and repeat a soothing mantra...~W~BTW....he is not here...lol...just had to be on my own to think...we will see how things play out...
