I said I 'rarely' eat chocolate, last time was about the size of a ritz cracker, very little and that was months ago. I am still plagued with migraines if I avoid ALL my triggers. I don't have any answers. I tried Topamax years ago but it made me extremely tired and I don't like taking any medication everyday because of side affects. My brother takes Topamax everyday and still gets migraines.

sista, try stopping the chocolate to see if that might be triggering your migraines..... it's also known to be one of them
