You have permission to write in ANY forum you so choose. You don't even NEED permission to write in any forum you choose. The mods do ask for consideration before posting but don't let that keep you from posting in General if you are really stuck, the mods can move it if they need to. I think you are posting this in the right place for what its worth.

Regarding hugs if you are talking about the thread about the long hugs that is just a comment because that makes it difficult for other members. They are talking about really long hugs with 10-20 or more braces on each end. Keep the typing short and you can hug anyone you are comfortable hugging now, no change in that.

I'm not sure I know what you mean about replying but as long as a reply comes from the heart and is supportive it is always OK. I've never seen you do anything otherwise.
