I think you should tell your prescriber exactly what you have said here. If you are being treated for ADHD, your prescriber will want to follow how your symptoms respond to the medications and doses you are trying. If progress is not satisfactory, then she may try different doses or medications. She may also recommend psychotherapy or coaching for ADHD, to complement the medications. Good luck with this. It often takes more than 4 weeks to find the right meds and doses, so don't be discouraged.
