Christmas used to be my favorite holiday. I thought that this year would be a special one, my granddaughter is older and giving her a good Christmas is fun. HOWEVER, every bloody year my neighbors put up these musical (and I use the term loosely) lights! Every year we ask that they at least turn them off at 10pm. Its SO annoying.
So I came home from work, wrapped a bunch of Christmas presents, played with my early Christmas present (lovely puppy), then settled in to watch NCIS on my DVR since I missed it on Tuesday. Hubby and I get comfy and what do we hear? Not NCIS, the neighbors stupid friggin LIGHTS! Let the frustration begin! The Christmas season has started!
This year I work at 3 am so ideally bedtime is somewhere around 8. I may have to invest in ear plugs this year.
