This thread is brilliant

Too often, i have crawled up in a ball from the things my psychiatrist, family or general information has said or informed me about my disorder.
But here are some things about us that aren't so bad.
1. Though we pay the price for our busy thinking, we can visualise things to a very intense level, lots of detail and very visual.
2. We pick up on others emotions like a sniffer dog, and have them all figured out. We notice the other ones that generally don't seem to fit in
3. We are often literally talented, we can write well, and have beautiful but sad emotions that have much more depth and intellect than others.
Its so nice to talk to people who are going through the same thing
