Do you have a reliable health care provider? If so work with them with-in safe limits. If you don't is that not an option? You obviously have internet...do some research as to what you can safely do to bring your body to healthier physical state. This fear is understandable...I don't make lite of it. The motivation is to release yourself from the fear.
