lost the whole afternoon. Deedee had a flashback/horrible bad dream last night.
She got triggered this afternoon by a low flying plane and spent and hour huddled in the 3 ft round pipe in the dog field till H came and brought her home. He realized something was wrong cause we are never out in the field that long with the dogs. H called T and we had an "emergency" session. I'm wiped, shakey and pretty upset still. I recall the dream with much vividness unlike other bad dreams.
More like a memory. Too scary...don't want to go to that dark place...open or close my eyes and it is infront of me regardless of what I do to get rid of it...If it truly is a memory, how could someone do that to a nearly 2-1/2, 3 yr old...
