So far so good and maybe it is the 10mg of Celexa this week. Tomorrow I start 20mg Celexa and will still take 1/4 Pristiq at 8:00 am and 1/4 at 8:00, and if that goes well I will go by my intuition and go to the 1/4 every 24 hrs.

I have ginger tea and use a drop of peppermint essential oil on my temples and a drop that I rub my palms together and inhale deeply. This help with the nausea as well.
