Mine talk to each other as needed, but I did have to sign a disclosure form allowing that to happen.

My old T used to work for the same clinic in the same building and had offices down the hall from each other, so occasionally they would discuss me when they both had the same amount of free time. It made me feel better knowing they were both up to date and concerned enough to make sure they were coordinating my care.
