I had short-term memory loss on each of those meds independently at different times. I was never on them at the same time so I don't know that effect. Both times I started using a note system in an organizer to keep track of things and a diary that carried with me everywhere to help combat it to refer to. It was miserable but helpful and it was the only reference I had to replace my memory and asked for patience from friends and family during that time. Once explained, they began to understand and appreciated the steps I took once I started the system to help myself; but it took a long time and much frustration on everyone's part b/c I really felt as though I was losing my mind and they thought so too! So aggrevating. I traded getting rid of BP symptoms for this. The system helped but in the end the meds stopped working over time with the BP symptoms and had to change. Ironically I still use the organizer all these years later, just in case, and the diary occassionally now. Perhaps it might help.
I hear your frustration and know it too well. I so wish I had more for you. Just be sure not to beat yourself up or take anyone else's crap for it either, you can't help it. Sometimes I hear it passes; mine did not. Find what tools you can to help you work with it if the meds are helping. Hang in there.
