Everyone experiments when they are young. Sure it is stupid. And they are lucky to have someone like you pick up on what they are doing.

I guess I look back at all the mad combinations of %#@&#! we used to take though and anyone who suggested it might be a good idea to stop woulda got laughed at and ignored. Sometimes the only way to learn is through experimentation and learning from ya own mistakes.

Over here they are trying to make safer alternatives to illegal drugs which is a big step forward IMO. There is a lot of research and development into 'party pills' which are non-addictive and basically have similar effects to ecstasy and meth. However stuff like nitrous is now banned, so kids are getting into butane etc instead (much more dangerous).

People are always gonna want to get high ... I guess I really like the harm reduction approach to managing it.
