I am starting to feel better (more like a human than a zombie), but my life is still spiraling down a dark staircase with no end in sight. Most of you know that back in September I was on medical leave for my bipolar when I had complications from my employer that ended with them that stating that I voluntarily quit while I was still on medical leave. This came two weeks after they tried to have me sign a letter of resignation due to my bipolar that I refused to sign.

I was unable to register for unemployment until I was off of medical leave and that took a while. Finally November 7th I filed for unemployment and started a battle with my Xemployer (who happens to be a ministry) I got a call last Weds asking my side and I had proof that I could fax over that in fact I was on medical leave and did not quit my job. I was told to fax over the information by Tuesday (11/30) or a decision would be made without my information. Ok so I thought a decision would be made on the 30th. I get up today and check my Unemployment account and it says no decision has been made. I call and find out that they have called my Xemployer and given them a chance to give MORE information to fight against me. WTH? So they now have until 12/2 to send more information to strengthen their side.

Ok, I called the claim investigator and left this message... Hi this is Lara and I wanted to let you know that if there is any further information you need I would love to get it for you. Would you like to speak with my Dr? Do you need medical information about my leave? I can get all of that for you. I am just getting very anxious as we approach the holidays and I need to pay my mortgage. Thank you so much for any help on my claim. Please let me help in anyway.

OMGosh I really am going to go insane over this. I DID NOT QUIT MY JOB. HOW CAN THEY SAY I DID? I have prove on the day they say I quit I was at the doctors discussing my job. I have prove through email that they knew I was at the doctors. The Dr. will write an affidavit saying this if it comes to that.

Sorry had to rant...
