That sounds really tough- that he made it sound like he could see you, and then sent you off to see a stranger. I think it's very understandable that you responded by shutting down, as it took you a long time to build a trusting relationship with your T.

I'm so sorry that you have no other way to contact T until next Tuesday, and this feels so far away. Can you try to think of strategies and skills which have worked for you before when things have felt very bad?
