Hi ~ I would go down to that Legal Aid lawyers office and SPEAK to that joker in person. You don't deserve to be treated like that for one thing, and for another, "expungement" can't be the only way this can be handled. This wording is all wrong. Your son is the truant, right? All the idiots have to do it change the wording on the charges!!! Your HUSBAND didn't do anything wrong!! This makes it sound like HE is the one that is being charged.

Talk to the lawyer and find out how that can be changed so that your husband isn't looking like the guilty one. (be respectful even tho you're madder than hell). Tell him that because of THEIR WORDING your hubby can't get a job.
