No. You're talking about a substantial decrease in dose of a drug with one of the worst reputations for withdrawal side effects. It is possible that Benedryl (diphenhydramine) might help, and you can treat any symptom as you might normally do so (e.g. take tylenol for headache).....but the only good thing you can do is figure out a way to get some Paxil. I'd express some to you, if I had it to send.
