I have just tried mindfulness meditations again from about 2 years ago, I have CD's. Two years ago, they were triggering, now after much work and meds, I have been using them again and it is OK. I do feel fine.
I wonder if there are special mindfulness meditations when in the 'mindless' part of depression? Or is it ok just to lay on the floor and 'rest'?
