we're on shaky ground and trying to stay upright. Not easy right now. Not this week anyway with the holiday and all. We need to hide in a safe place. T is trying to teach deedee to stay safe and how to feel safe. She's so triggered and so scared. Makes us all feel unsettled. Keep busy try and think about anything BUT what we're afraid of don't go there can't even want to think about it.
