This isn't really a statement to help but a way to track your sleep cycles. Go to this website: http://www.medhelp.org/land/mood-tracker It is great to track anything you want especially mood and sleep! Monitor your sleep habits and print it out to show your doctor maybe this will help you and he can do something about the insomnia. Best of luck!
