If you think it would help, then yes. Do what you need to get better.
If it feels aquard then wait and ask him/her about EMDR, that's the only way that I've let my therapist help by touching and it was only the ankles but it could be useful for SI. (not sure if it would be useful) but do some checking into. and hopefull things will get better for you. Just do what is best for you.
