Very good! I used this technique to work on my self worth, boundaries, meeting my needs, feelings, living in the present, being triggered, anxiety, fear of intimacy, etc. These issues surfaced in my relationships so I would see one of these issues because it surfaced in a relationship and I would take it to therapy and work on it. It really helped to improve my life in the here and now and I worked through my issues. Being aware is the key to realizing the issues and then working through them.

Please continue to keep us posted on your progress?

What happens in therapy where you think that your T doesn't understand (if you don't mind me asking)?
