I had a friend who's presence I really valued. I'd feel safe, but like I needed to open up to her. I could only do it via mail, never face to face. And sometimes I get like this with my T.
I think I now rather write my thoughts down beforehand, and structure my thoughts on paper. I'm hoping this will make it easier to actually talk and not just sit there in the pain.
