hi guys! i hope that deedee is having some luck finding a safe place or safe feelings. if i can help let me know. sometimes it helps to visualize a place safer than all others (one you create) until it's real in your mind. then it is nice to hang out there when things are rough. i don't know if deedee has one but if she doesn't i'd be happy to help her make one.
