I was thinking the same thing. But a lawyer I talked to said it did'nt matter. I also learned from him that Kentucky overuses that charge. He said here, if you put a child in a boat without a life jacket you get that charge. Or if you're riding a bicycle and bump into a kid's back bike wheel you can get that charge. It's ridiculous. The lawyer told me it's a lost cause then I started telling him how the county atty. laughed at us would'nt let me talk, smirked and what a a-hole he pretty much was the lawyer changed his tune then he wants to see the tape of the hearing and all the papers. But I don't have the $35 for all that pus legal fees....So I don't know.
