No you're not alone.
sometimes it feels awful lonely though. my T said she envied me because I will never be alone. I have a whole family of people inside. It's hard to acknowledge them and realize that they also hurt, have been thru much and can be there for me...I'm in the early beginnings of trying to realize and process that.
But anyway, just another re-assurance that you aren't alone. really nice to know that people here understand where each other is, has come from and are on a journey...different as they are and so similar at the same time.
