I do sometimes write, my favorite thing of the day, at the end of the day. I guarantee looking at it that way, you will find something. Even if it was a crappy day you can find your favorite part of your crappy day. Talking really helps. You need to talk. I find that it helps the traffic jam lesson in your brain. Know you are not alone in how you are feeling and that sooner then you think your feelings should change
