What are the best drugs for insomnia? I'm currently on Trazodone which is no longer working, I have tried Zopiclone which doesn't work. The only drug that seems to work for me is Diazepam but I can't take that very night, I really don't want to end up addicted. On the occasions I have taken Diazepam for several consecutive nights they no longer work either.

I only sleep for 3 - 5 hours a night, even then I often wake up every 30 minutes or so. Lack of sleep really affects my mental health, I end up feeling more depressed and experience high levels of anxiety. Any ideas? .. thanks.
