I have a question. One of my major goals in my life right now is around weight loss and exercise. I'm trying to lose a lot of weight, although I'm being sensible and doing it with a dietician's help. I'd like to start a thread to keep track of my progress, which would include weight #'s.
Is that ok? I only ask because I belong to another board that doesn't allow you to post weight numbers because they could be triggering to people recovering from ED's?
