most of my family are in the UK and im in Australia - i know its hard when they are not around
can you call them or visit? a call isnt as good as a visit but it can brighten your day
do you have anyone near by that you can spend christmas wiht?
alternatively - and its not for everyone - (me included - i stay home wiht my cat or work on christmas) but a lot of people say volunteering on christmas helps get them past the sadness
keep posting and letting us know how you are ok
