Hi - A long distance relationship never works out unless one person is willing to move closer to the other, and that doesn't make sense right now. And you don't seem to welcome a relationship at this point, so you might want to "cool it" with this person for the time being. Just be up-front and tell him that you're not in the market for a relationship now, and that you'd rather just be friends - at least for the time being. That way you can still talk, but he has the honest truth about where he stands. There's no point in making up any story. Just be honest with him. That always works best --- at least it does for me.
