Yea, sexual masochism is pretty common now. I guess its more of a lifestyle than a fetish. But there are common fetishes like foot fetish and uncommon ones, the reason they are uncommon is because people are ashamed of them so they don't admit to them, I think some of these "uncommon" fetishes would be more common if people wouldn't be afraid to admit to them....
