what is your paper about? sometimes its easier if you can tweak it and focus on something you actually can write about, like channeling the emotions you're feeling. like the other day i had to write a paper on macbeth, and i was really angry at superficial people, so i wrote about what a terrible superficial person lady macbeth is and it helped me get my feelings out. unfortunately most papers are pretty straightforward :/
