sometimes the littlest things seem impossible with depression or bipolar. I have a similar problem but, it comes from being abused. I have a paranioia of someone watching me. so I always have to look out. when I have soap in my eyes I quickly have to rince it off. But, when I find myself to be really depressed. It's a battle just to try and get in. once I'm in everything is a ok. it's just the whole getting out of bed. I shower everyday but, I find it to be a war against myself.
